Log Cabin Camp is a 130 bed campsite located on 36 acres on the outskirts of a pretty town called Creswick,15 mins from Ballarat and 100km from the Ring Road in Melbourne. The campsite is adjacent to beautiful forests offering plenty of opportunity for bushwalking.
Log Cabin Camp has many activities available on-site including a giant swing, 4-person leap of faith, possum glide, initiatives course/challenge course, milk crate stacking, dual zip-line, canoeing, raft building, archery, volleyball, basketball, night hikes, Billy tea and damper, in ground trampolines and a 125m long flying fox. Local attractions include the St Georges Lake, Creswick Museum, as well as Ballarat attractions including Sovereign Hill, Blood on the Southern Cross, MADE Museum and the Ballarat Wildlife Park. Our large dam is used for canoeing/swimming and the small dam for ponding and catching yabbies. Log Cabin Camp offers group accommodation and outdoor activities to a variety of groups, mainly school groups during Term time and a variety of groups during weekends and school holidays. Groups can be catered for or self-cater if they wish.
